Jet offers two stages of chips. Superchips are programmers. So yes you can have a program installed or downloaded through the ODB II port into the ECU or the main computer. Jet chips are modules or chips that plug into the harness, or computer. Early GM cars use a PROM chip. In this case NO, only one chip can occupy the motherboard at one time.
Install your jet chip, then install the superchip download. If your having issues and want to run both. You have to consider CARB standards the OEM setting may conflict and you may have reliability issues. You can remove your ECU and have it sent to jet chips they can recalibrate your ECU.

Does anyone know how to improve performance on a 2001 BMW 530i?
People have suggested "superchips" and ECU upgrades/reprogramming. has anyone had any success improving the performance of their bimmer?Does anyone know how to improve performance on a 2001 BMW 530i?
its possible. obviously you would have to throw on some turbos and all that. but getting your ECU done and chipped is the best way to go if your not looking to spend thousands of dollars. ....Your other option is trade it in for a M6. lol...... Toyota ECU's are pretty much crack proof by the general public but there are places that can modify the roms slightly.But as far as your Camry goes it may be that it is a heavy car,with an underpowered engine.If you were to modify your ecu in any way it would void your warranty.My suggestion is buy a sports car in addition to your camry.I mean start with a basic performance car like the MR2 or my real favorite,Lotus Elise.Who makes performance tuners for toyota cars? Superchips flashpaq problems?
We recently bought a used truck and it is set with the superchips tuner to performance mode. We have been trying to set it to the fuel saving mode and have been following the instructions, when we get to the "read stock" point in the "Quick start- Program my vehicle with superchips NOW!!!" section of the instructions the display reads, "program stock before reading vehicle" does anyone know what this means? There is nothing in the instruction manual about this or from what I've found using google on the internet....Superchips flashpaq problems?

i realize that chips are sketchy with all the half *** brands out there but.
i just bought an 09 frontier, ordered cold air and a chip for it to start.
im getting it all pro installed but what im wondering is do u just plug the thing in and go? or should the mech acctually take his time to play with other things like air fuel mixture?? anything that might hurt my truck. also does this superchips cortex just scam you by dumping more fuel into the cylinders?? or is it an acctual more HP and more eco the proper way??Superchips cortex chip.. how to install before and after?? air fuel mixture?

Superchips programmer question?
i have a 2000 jeep gc 2wd with the 4.0l, my mods are listed as follows...k%26amp;n fipk cai,63mm bored throttle body, 63mm throttle body spacer, banks headers, magnaflow hi flow cat converter, and a gibson performance exhaust, just picked up a superchips programmer can any1 give me a realistic estimate in hp/tq for me? my guess is 265hp/300lbs tq is that possible or am i dilussional?Superchips programmer question?
