I have a Superchips power programmer for my 2003 Dodge Ram with Hemi engine. It has a 87 octane mode. What does this mode do for you and how does it work?Power programmers?
it allows it to run on lower octane fuel and run and perform good at that point that's all that mode is for,its not a performance mode ,but more of an economy mode for it,and that's it,good luck.Power programmers?
it retards the timming so it doesnt "ping" on low octane gas..the other settings usually advance it and require 92 or better.
