What job should I get?

I am a college student in Texas and need to pay for a $600 apartment. Right now I am a waiter at Genghis Grill but that isn't working out too good due to lack of customers. I need a job that doesn't require a degree and that pays enough to cover a $600 apartment.What job should I get?
Man, the pathetic answers I hear on here are just so damn annoying, I had to step up and say -



It is really just a common sense guide to what you want to do. I could say "do anything" but that is a broad statement. But more specifically, that means things like fast food, other restaurants, some tech support places, grocery store workers, some warehouse and factory workers, even temp agencies might help you. Things like that. I would check craigslist and the local paper out if I was you. What job should I get?

Since you have finish school and provided that you have a clean record a job with the city is a great way to start.



I worked in my local library for a while and depending on the city you make between 10 to 22 bucks an hour even for part time.

you could do double job. maybe be a waiter at another restaurant during your off time. then get a housemate. you don't have pay that much if you could share the rent. try finding to get a part time job at any stables, ranches or seed stores. maybe you could earn enough payment to cover everything.What job should I get?
Find a busier restaurant such as Olive Garden.

Check on your college campus for any interning

jobs that don't require a degree.

Apply at your local mall at a busy store.

they say that if you can make rent in one weeks work---you are doing fine....i install gas mains in NY-a 40-hr week pays $1400 and OT pays over $52 /hr. if you dont mind working in dirt-i would recommend this job
Maybe you should work as a paper boy..

Because my friend work as that and can make up to $2000 a month..

And he only work for once a week..

BTW, he's a freshman in college..
If this a monthly payment try to get a job with a local or at a near convinience store or supermarket

Well for a start you should get a job as a Waiter or a cashier. U know just for a start but u kan always be what you want!
