At public auctions dealers and private party sellers will sell thier cars to public buyers. Dealer auctions are for dealers only a dealer will sell his or her inventory to another dealer. The reason for this is simple if I sell Hondas and have a trade in that is a Chevy I can take that Chevy and sell it at dealer auction to some one that dose sell Chevy cars. At the Auction the information about the car is announced meaning if it was in collision or if it has frame damage or bad title or salvage title.
