Salvage title vehicle with no plates, can I drive it to its inspections?
Theres this car that a girl bought from an auto auction. She hasnt registered it so I'm pretty sure I will have to pay for the Brake/Lamp inspection and the CHP inspection. The car has no plates. I want to drive it to the mechanic so they can do the mandatory inspection even though vehicle history reports show no collisions of any sort.
