How much to purchace some scrap parts? *pre runner*?

I have a 96 ranger, and i want to go to a local scrap/auto salvage yard and buy the I-beams, front coils, and radius arms off of an older F-150. How much should i expect to pay?How much to purchace some scrap parts? *pre runner*?
Everybodys gonna be different, one place may tell you $50 and another $400. Your best bet is to get your phone book and start callin all the salvage yards and keep a list of which ones you call and how much they tell you then go back through an look for the cheapest one. Also some will go cheaper if you opt to pull the parts yourself, but not all yards will let you do that so you'll just have to ask (if you can do it yourself) You may also check out car-part.com and see if that helps, you can put in what your looking for and your location and it does a interchange search. So you can see whats close, how much and what other years/models are direct interchange parts.
