Not the Secretary of State. That's and advisor to the President. His position is of international importance and has not connection with your business. However, if you suspect fraud, you can contact the Attorney General of the State in which the sale was made. That person would investigate any fraud being perpetrated.

Can the secretary of state help you with auto fraud?
I bought a car from a dealership, it did have a warranty, it wasn't sold as-is. They did not disclose the cars history even after we asked for it. They lied to us. I found out the car was claimed totaled by an insurance company and issued to a salvage lot. The title they gave me is green. on the application for title and regristration they didn't mark "salvage" I am not having any luck finding a lawyer that will take on this case. Can the secretary of state help in any way?Can the secretary of state help you with auto fraud?
