i have a 2000 jeep g.c its a 2wd with the 4.0l ls, it is lowered and have a k%26amp;n fipk c.a.i., bored 63mm throttle body and a bored 1inch spacer to match, banks headers, magnaflow hi-flow cat and a gibson performance exhaust, i also have an manual exhaust cutout(dump) b4 my cat a lil after my down pip from headers, and a superchips programmer, removed my roof rack and am planing to go to the track for the 1st time can any1 give me adecent estimate as to wat i can expect? is a 14 possible?I need an estimate!!!!!!!!?
Factory was 16.8 in the 1/4. I found this site that has some Grands in the 14 second range with a few that were int he 13's and one 11 second run. However, they were all running the V8's. With everything you did I would give you mid to upper 15 second runs...but post it and let us know how its goes.
By the way if you really want to drag the 4.0 I would suggest doing a stroker. You can stroke the 4.0 I6 out to a 5.0L monster, there are a few websites that have write ups and such. There is even a guy drag racing a 4.9L stroked motor in a wrangler.
